Droneception offers a user-friendly solution for capturing inception/flatland style photos using your DJI drone. The process is entirely automated, requiring you to fly to the location, preview the mission, and initiate a fully autonomous photo capture using a simple algorithm.

Upon completion, Droneception acquires the photos, leaving the task of stitching them together to you. Various stitching methods can be found on YouTube for assistance. For additional support regarding app usage or photo stitching, we encourage you to engage with our Facebook group Droneception Community.

Droneception has undergone testing on a range of DJI models including Phantom 3, Phantom 4, Mavic Pro, Mavic Air Inspire, and Spark.

The steps involved in using Droneception are simple:

1. Launch the app
2. Ensure you have visibility of the camera preview and telemetry data (satellites, battery life, etc)
3. Fly to your desired initial shot location
4. Adjust the radius and number of photos as needed
5. Review your mission
6. Initiate the mission and allow Droneception to manage the remainder of the process
